Materials cannot be returned and there are no refunds under any circumstances. Please read the description on our website closely and review the photos. A $5 administrative fee is added for each order change once the invoice has been generated. McCauley’s Equipment LLC assumes no responsibility for damages to sidewalks, buildings, driveways, trees, etc. when asked to deliver inside customer’s property once our truck has left public roadways. By placing an order, Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless McCauley’s Equipment LLC for any and all damages which may result from delivery of materials. We charge PER DELIVERY. If you order multiple materials or require more than our truck holds in one trip, we charge per delivery. If the online system does not charge the additional fee, it is a glitch and we will need to collect the additional delivery fee(s) before delivering.
